The Bureau also investigates complaints about registrants and may take administrative or legal action against persons who violate New Hampshire securities laws. In addition, the Bureau examines securities professionals and firm branch offices located in the state.
The Bureau also provides investor education materials and programs to a wide range of audiences, with experienced speakers available to present to groups in your area. For more information about our speaker's bureau click here.
